R2R Customized
Basic Customization fee:
- For bags or clothes: Php 500
- For home: for quotation
The customization fee will be charged on top of the standard price of the item.
Customization scope:
- Customization is applicable to pre-order items
- Size (for clothes only)
- Color of fabric (subject to availability)
- Color of leather (for bags; subject to availability)
- IMPORTANT: Customization for on-hand items are subject to evaluation and will take at least 3-5 working days before they are ready to ship out!
Not included in the scope: Significant changes or add ons such as additional straps, lengthening of straps or components, changing of sizes, changing of closures, changing colors of hardware, among others.

Important note: Strictly no refunds, exchanges, nor returns for customized items.
Lead time: Between five (5) to thirty (30) days, depending on the availability of materials. If the pre-order items have established lead times, the customization lead time will follow it. For Bespoke and Corporate items, lead time will be determined and communicated accordingly.
