Terms & Conditions

Customization is only applicable to the current Buslo Bag model of R2R. Colors and materials are subject to availability. The package is inclusive of one digital render or digital mock-up.

We’ll coordinate this customization via Viber during working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 4 pm. Questions logged before or after this working hour window will be answered as soon as our team is back online. Please also make sure that the number you provide on your order form is registered on Viber to make the coordination seamless!

The package does not include changes for internal or external pockets, size of the bag, type of leather, interior lining, color of metals, mixing of patterns, and other customizations apart from the ones identified in the package.
