R2R (Rags2Riches) is a fashion and design house empowering community artisans from the Philippines since 2007.
We started with the very serious mission of lifting Filipino artisans out of poverty. We started doing this through partnering with artisans and transforming unwanted fabric into woven rugs, then into bags.
Today, we've grown into a sustainable fashion brand that makes bags, clothes, home accessories, and almost everything in between. We've collaborated with many different local and international organizations, with some of the recent ones being IKEA Philippines, OPPO Philippines, and DoiTung from Thailand.
Now, through APOP, we are working with our biggest partner yet, HYBE Corporation, a South Korean multinational entertainment company that houses some of the biggest k-pop idols in the world, for BTS Pop-up : Space of BTS in Metro Manila.
A Filipino Tribute: Artisan Woven Accessories
Running until December 31, 2024, the Space of BTS pop-up will feature exclusive Philippine merchandise crafted with Filipino artistry.
Four of these pieces are made by our very own R2R artisans: the Buslo and Pusô Micro Bags and Sobre and Wonton Bag Charms. They're all handwoven with Philippine craft and culture in mind, blending BTS's global reach with traditional Filipino craftsmanship.
The bags are made with a quintessentially Filipino weaving technique using upcycled fabric in ARMY’s favorite colors, purple and lilac. They feature genuine cowhide leather, a bespoke BTS logo zipper puller, and quality gold and brass metal components. The Buslo Micro Bag also comes with a D-ring to attach bag charms.
Buslo Micro Bag
A tiny bag with a big personality, the Buslo Micro is the smallest version of an R2R classic and bestseller, the Buslo. It’s a micro hobo bag that allows for a maxi positive impact. Easily fit your favorite essentials and go hands-free for life’s most beautiful moments.

- Genuine cowhide leather for the detachable and adjustable long strap, handle, base, and zipper puller
- Zipper closure with a BTS logo puller
- Cotton fabric lining with zipped and open pockets inside
- D-ring on the side to attach bag charms

Pusô Micro Bag
Inspired by the shape of the local rice delicacy from Cebu, Philippines called pusô, the Pusô Micro’s unique shape allows for it to be a statement-making conversation piece for meaningful gatherings. It’s an accessory to elevate your outfits while also fitting the smallest of your essentials.

Wonton Bag Charm
The Wonton is a triangle-shaped bag charm and keychain that adds a woven touch to your bags and outfits. Fit a few of your tiny must-haves like coins, keys, or jewelry.

Sobre Bag Charm
